This interface is pretty easy to use. The frame is splitted in 4 zones.


Basics :

First (left) pannel.

As you can see, it regroup the tools by categories (this might change later). For each of those, you can click on and the menu containing tools will collapse.

But an other way to do this would be using the search tool on its top, there you can just add the name of your tool like the example that follows (each major tool is in there, like BWA, Bowtie, VCF Tools, etc.).

In order to follow this example, let's select RNA Star.

Second (center) pannel.

This configuration is straight forward, at least, to those who already use linux tools in a terminal.

The next pictures shows all of the steps, each of those having it's own "quick help" or at least explaining what the value is for and at the verry bottom of it, after the Execute button, is the complete explanation of parameters, type of values required, eventual constraints, etc.
